DFM & Risk Prevention
We review every design before machining or molding. Tolerances, geometry, and material behavior are analyzed to minimize manufacturability risks and reduce production costs for CNC parts, injection molds, and rapid prototypes.

Standards & Compliance
Machining and injection molding follow ISO 2768-m by default. Material Test Reports, RoHS, REACH, and UL compliance testing are available to ensure regulatory adherence across metal and plastic components.

Inspection & Verification
First Article Inspection (FAI), CMM, and air gauging verify tight tolerances down to ±0.005mm. Every prototype, mold, or production batch undergoes strict dimensional and surface quality checks.
